Opinions on this flier team?

So I put together a flier emblem team and want opinions on it, here's what I use at the moment:
Kadomatsu+ (+SPD) NY Camilla +Def -HP (Fortify fliers, defensive buffs)
Hinoka's Spear (+Eff) Hinoka +Speed -HP (Hone fliers and mobility)
Warrior Princess WF! Hinoka +Def -SPD (Anti-armor and mobility)
Gronnblade+ Spring Camilla -DEF +HP (blade tome nuke, goad fliers)

Edit: the skills would be important...

Hinoka has Fury, desperation and hone fliers
NY Camilla has SPD/Def bond, hit and run, and fortify fliers with a speed seal
WF Hinoka has he base ATK/SPD bond and flier formation and flier guidance
Spring Camilla has Mirror Blow, bow breaker, goad fliers and the Iote's shield seal

I also have these but they aren't on the team for color balance reasons
Brave Lance Cordelia + Defense -Res, I can give her firesweep lance or a janky silver spear+ (+SPD) Windsweep build that I tried for some reason
Hagoita+ NY Azura Neutral

Your team looks pretty solid, although the skills of the units is typically more important than the units themselves.

Oh, you're right, the skills would be important...

I'm guessing you're making S!Camilla into a mixed tank with Mirror Strike (I'm assuming you meant Mirror Strike?) mixed with Fortify Fliers? Maybe she'd appreciate a better A skill, like Deathblow 3 for even more damage? You could also give her a skill to increase her speed so she can double, if you want, since she's not necessarily the fastest unit, even with Hone Fliers.
