Opinion on the new and upcoming banner

Today we've got a new banner and in the datamning we've got the stats of Garon and the upcoming Muspell characters and was thinking evryone's opinion on them.

Ophelia
She is basically a blue Lilina statwise, meaning that she can use AoE specials pretty well with her base 37 atk, she won't have the offesive power from Forblaze but she can have her special ready from the start without the need to run allies with Infatry pulse

Flora
Kinda meh, 34atk and 38 res means she is good as magetank, but even if her weapon gives her 20 def i don't think she will be able to handle dragons and armors that well, the only ones that she deals without too much trouble should be Fae and Amelia, i don't think she can hadle things like Grima, Myrrh or L!Hector. As long as she doesn't fight Armors she shouldn't have too much trouble even if they have DC

Nina
Her statline resembles Niles, low atk and def with high spd and res, this statline doesn't work too well in the current meta when all her atk deal either 0 or 7, if she didn't have bow valor she would be the one being demoted

Silas
He is basically a better Shiro on a horse, their stats are very similar but his spd is 6 points lower, which means he can be doubled more reliably and proc Bonfire or Igniss with a slaying weapon more easily. Lukas is still better if we just look at the stats, I didn't expect such good stats on someone who will most likely be demoted

Garon
Finally we get a red dragon who is not Tiki, his statline seems pretty solid for an enemy phase build, his weapon seems pretty gimmiky, but still has a great effect, just i don't know if that will be better than the famous Lightning breath+Steady/Warding Breath

Levatein
If we just watch at her base stat she seems a great duelist, just i hoped she had a bit more spd since her weapon has basically a bladetome effect, but her atk is so high that it may be possible to aim for a oneshot build, the problem is that we are in a meta when 40 def is the norm

Legjarn
36 spd and def is pretty solid, making her one of the better well rounded sword flier in my opinion thanks to her weapon, which boosts her stats by 50% of the buff she receives on that stat and +3 spd on top of that. Just i wished her atk was a bit higher.

Hellbind
He has a better statline than Hawkeye in every stat exept on spd which is a great thing, his stats are very well allocated making him a great tank on every aspect, his weapong gives +4 on every stat on odd turns which makes his stat look even better.
