¿Ophelia Weapon Stacks ?

Her weapon effect means that for every mage (ally) in the map she will get a special cooldown bonus in turn 1.

So if she is the only mage in the team then she will get 1 cooldown, 2 mage = 2 cooldown, 3 mage = cooldown.

It should only work for mages, but yes missiletain's effect stacks for each mage on a team including herself. So if you have 3 mages on a team or have two mages and quickened pulse sacred seal; Ophelia gets blazing light on turn one and special spiral and heavy blade she can potentially get blazing light every turn
