One Close Counter, Two Candidates

Obviously trying to make the tankiest Savager. I feel CC is necessary to really take advantage of that potential. I would otherwise likely run Fort. Def/Res and WoM to have her be a walling healer.

This build provides a tank that debuffs, doubles on both phases, with self healing. Aether is for when she is not running with a Ward Armor Team, where I may likely switch it up otherwise for easier kills.

So, what do you think is the right call? Which do you see as being the best candidate for my CC?

I would say W!Cecilia. In general, Eirika is good because of her support functionality with her staff effect and C slot. Whoever has the highest atk on her team is going to get fantastic boosts because of her. To that end, Cecilia is more focused on fighting opponents with her debuff to def/res with dagger, so I would personally say Eirika loses her functionality if you build her in the fashion whereas Cecilia becomes better at her native use if she gains the ability to deal damage without relying on attack.

So... totally Cecilia, not even close.
