Bladetome, life&death/swiftsparrow/fury/possibly just speed +3, and desperation.

For special probably Luna or Iceberg depends on what you need.

Fury or L&D3 for A and desperation or a breaker for B

C is flexible whether it’s a boosting skill, Calvary buff, or threaten.

For the seal is probably Speed +3 so she can outspeed unit’s whether you use dire thunder or a blade tome.

if you run her in a horse team, you can run her as a quad attack unit with Life and Death 3, desperation 3 and a horse buff with a speed seal, and use luna as a special.
