A Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn legendary would have to be Sephiran, a Laguz prince or ruler, or one of the main POR/RD protagonists.

Or Greil or perhaps Zelgius.

he fought to save a country in the name of the laguz, only to be betrayed by that country as he is forced to raise is weapon against the laguz. He honors his own ideals and makes the hardest decision he could ever make, leaving behind his comrades to fight for the laguz.
He goes through a heroes journey and becomes one of the best characters in the game. Certainly more deserving of the title 'Legendary Hero' than Azura.

Time to wait for the Laguz banner, that will be better.

Seriously. I can do without the dancer but Vero, Marth, Fjorm, Eir make it a bit difficult. However, the pity breaks I see help me easily agree with you on just watching and waiting.
