This is the first and only unit I've had with Wrath, so I'm just now experiencing just how much the skill can completely break the weapon triangle.

This is about as fun as having Felicia Glacies-bomb armored units to death. :D

If you can pull off the bond effect, it's basically Ayra except he hits about 9-10 damage harder.

Luckily the Bond effect is easy to pull off. Still experimenting with his Seal though. I have him Darting Stance, but he can survive a hit from most units before taking them out with his Blue Flame.

He's currently +HP/-Res, so I thought that Close Def would interfere too much with Wrath given the HP boon, but I'm starting to think it would benefit him more than the Darting Stance seal. Need more testing.

Being bulky wouldn't interfere with activating Wrath. lol...otherwise I'd be nerfing my character's durability instead of increasing it. They'll still reasonable damage, and let alone with Triangle Disadvantage.

True, but I figured that an extra +2 to Atk and Def isn't really worth it since I'll have him standing next to someone anyway for his Blue Flame, but I have thought about it.

No, the point is that it doesn't come into effect until wrath is already active. That way you can potentially use close def, for instance, and still activate wrath taking only one hit

Definitely more interested now that I'm thinking about it a bit differently.

I imagine it's kind of a similar feeling to when you start abusing Desperation/Brash Assault Micaiah, where she absolutely destroys DC armors regardless of TA!
