Oh cool a weapon for Neph

Wasn't Wishblade like I thought but who the hell cares, I got what I wanted!
Well kinda anyways, we dunno the effect. Like I said like 2 months ago, I think all Neph needs is for the weapon to have a slaying effect at base and then Brazen Spectrum (+4 to all stats when below 80% HP) for the refine. I've used Nephenee for a while and like most anyone will tell you she works really well as a Duelist, or a low hp warrior even. A Brazen that buffs all her stats will help her out in as it increases her bulk in dealing with physical and magical threats, boosts her lowish atk and also makes her faster to compete with the faster meta units like Ayra, and of course the HP requirement makes it combo well with Wrath.
This wouldn't be really alienating for pure defense builds since +4 to both physical and magical bulk is quite good, and if desired she can just refine for one stat
