It seems unlikely Nowi would safely get into desperation range with that kind of bulk, but I've never actually used her, so I can't comment too much.

Cherche will probably kill most of the targets you actually want her engaging in a single phase regardless of heavy blade usage, so I'd considering dropping that seal for something else (brazen atk res or atk smoke seem like reasonable choices), and giving it to catria to make way for death blow for catria's A slot.

Two other options worth considering, imho, are either axebreaker or hit and run for cherche's B slot.

I think desperation on Catria's B slot also seems a little optimistic. If you do ultimately decide to use desperation in her B slot, would suggest brazen atk/spd in her A slot over death blow.

But this is all just my opinion, I'd be glad to hear your thoughts.

Just a few things I can suggest, most of them tiny
- Cherche could go -res instead of -spd, not that it would matter after February once you merge. But you'll get some quads with so much buffing going around.
- If Catria will go for heavy blade in the A-slot I think you should use a seal that boosts atk. There's a 5-point difference between Cherche's atk and hers.
- I would consider foddering Nowi's hone fliers and replacing her with Aversa, who has better bulk and more spd. Blade tomes do so much damage any atk IV over, like, 20 is high enough with emblem buffs and a goad to boot.
- If you don't fodder the hone fliers, then I think I prefer spd+3 to atk/spd 2. The amount of damage from the blade tome is already massive; doubling is the main concern.
- I'm not sure Gray Waves is best on this team. Catria needs to hang around the others. NY Azura might be a better pick because she comes with hone fliers.
