Offense or defense for Odin post-refine?

I have been saving dew and feathers hoping that he would get a good weapon refine and IS did deliver a good one, but I'm slightly unsure about which path is better for him.

The offense-oriented approach would most likely need a +spd IV to ensure follow-up attacks and also a atk/spd increasing A-skill like swift sparrow in order to capitalize on the +6/+6 buff that he can get. This way, he'll work well enough, but the fact that he'll need someome to use movement support on him before he attacks kind of puts me off. He also doesn't have his offensive stats on a high level like Tailtiu does, so it might not be worth it that much.

The defensive/mixed approach would (in my case) be a close counter + def/res link. By going with this approach, he will be able to either boost someone to their maximum potential by repositioning them closer to the enemy, or repositioning someone away and taking the fight on enemy phase. He has decent defensive stats, which get further amplified by def/res and atk/spd links (and all of it also goes towards bladetome dmg). I could see him being paired with someone like Libra, who has a decent statline that just begs to be buffed by all that Odin can provide, while also giving a color check to each other.

What do you think of the viability of these approaches and how would you go towards building him? Doesn't need to be considered from a T21 arena standpoint, as I have that covered by different heroes.

I'd say defence, especially if you have def/res link.
It's what makes him stand out, Odin has great hp and decent def/res. Combine this with easy buffs and he's just very hard to kill.

There are other units that can run insane power blades better, but no one can reach the allround potential of Odin. Besides, spectrum link makes him one of the best support buffers

I was also inclining more towards the defensive side, since we don't yet have a unit in the game that can give +6 to all stats this easily (if I remember correctly), although I guess that some heroes can pull off an atk/def link + spd tactic and res tactic seal, but that's extremely clunky. I'm glad that the devs actually managed to find a refine for him that makes him useful.
