Odd Atk Wave Lilina!

I just realized it now, but Odd Atk Wave might be Lilina's best C slot alongside her refined Forblaze. Since her C slot is particularly flexible, she can make use of a self-buff during odd turns. This is like adding another Death Blow (Death Blow 9 during odd turns I think). Unfortunately I have no intention to pull an Ishtar, but I would actually be amazed if I saw this kind of Lilina sometime.

Yeah... only problem is that it only activates on Odd-Numbered turns. There are probably better C skills for her that isn't so restricting.

I think what he meant is that, although restricting, that it allows for her to be an incredible nuke at different times during a match, namely if you play ahead (a bit too far ahead, but I digress) you can get a huge boost to your atk in the form of +6 from atk wave, +6 from death blow refine if u have it, and +7 from chill res if it hits the target you're nuking. So I can see the benefit, although it requires a bit of planning.

Isnt every player phase an odd turn? So technically odd attack wave is just death blow for c slot, also buffing some allies

No. Player phase and enemy phase are independent so when enemy phase 1 ends it becomes player phase 2

Yeah, don't get me wrong, it's an amazing skill. Letting her deal even more damage to her already high player phase attack damage. My personal feelings towards it, though, is that there are skills that increases the team's survivability. Defense/Resistance/Speed (de)buffing skills.

It's definitely a skill to think about for players that's wanting to maximize Lilina's (and the rest of the team's) Player Phase potential, but as someone who tends to run Enemy Phase units and skills that, in the long haul, increases my unit's survivability, it's not... "that" amazing. Again, at least for me.

True, it is not that useful of a skill, only for player phase.

I am planning to build one, with plus atk iv, forblaze eff refined, deathblow, atk sacred seal, player support.
With this, she reaches 77 attack with no merges at 5*
