Is Odd Atk Wave Good On H!Sakura?

I Run a H!Sakura(No IV) With This Build:

Barb Shuriken+(SPD)
Pivot
Iceberg
Swift Sparrow 2
Chill Def 3
Odd Atk Wave 3
Spd Ploy 3(SS)

My Question is:Should I Change Her C For Something More Useful For Her?

I personally don't see Odd Atk Wave being all that great. It's only active half of the time, leaving her with a useless C slot the other half. I would change it to something else.

Another ploy could work considering she has decent resistance, even with a neutral IV set. Could also go with a Drive to help your teammates. It just depends on what team she's on.
