Pulled an extra Ishtar and I am torn between giving Odd Atk Wave to either Soleil (Firesweep) or Raven (Baskillos). Their current C-slots are threaten Spd and Threaten Def, respectively. Can't seem to pin down the best users for Odd Atk Wave. I'd also be throwing away a swift sparrow which is frustrating... Thoughts?
Alternately, I could just give it to Alm with Falchion refine and DB3 for +12 doubles...
Firstly, Swift Sparrow isn't as good as it looks. Odd Atk Wave is the best skill to fodder Ishtar for.
Secondly, if you cannot decide whom to give this skill to, don't rush to inherit it. Keep your Ishtar around, use your units, and see on whom you would use it best. Remember that it is precious fodder and that it shouldn't be wasted.
