Nuetral or +Atk -Spd Karla

The only two I've pulled, and it doesn't seem likely that I'll pull another before the banner leaves, so I would like to get opinions on which to keep.

Neutral tbh. She needs that spd to double

Stick to neutral Karla until you can pull for a +Spd one. Though, you could try to salvage the +Atk/-Spd Karla with Phantom Spd seal if you wanted.
