Nowi's lover, help me to choose

I finnnnally manage to get a nowi with good IVs.
Well 2 Nowi in fact.

+Atk -Spd
+Def -Hp

I'm planning to make it to +10 in a long term, and i don't know what's the best IVs
I will give her classic bulk skills (steady breath, guard 3, Aether).
What's the best pick ?

If you're going to +10 Nowi i recomend +def -hp, i myself have a 5*+10 Nowi and i find her speed to be in a good spot, the higher you go in arena the more armors you'll find and her spd is enought to avoid doubles most of the time, her atk is enought, but you can never have enought def
