Nowi Seal

So, I'm in the process of gathering feathers for a max merge Nowi, who will become part of my Arena front man team. I've already got a pretty good build in mind for her, but I'm not sure the best seal for her.
+Spd/-HP
Dark Breath (Spd)
Aether
Distant Counter
Guard
C-skill...Unsure. Might go for Panic Ploy since she still commands a solid 56 HP with max merge and Summoner Support

Her teammates are going to have access to every Tactic, Spd on Sheena, Atk and Def on Sigurd, and Res on whomever is the bonus unit that week(thank you Res Tactic Seal)

So, which is better for her? Heavy Blade (60 atk, 62 with ally support) or Flashing Blade(45 speed, 47 with ally support. Possibly 50 if I can wriggle Drive speed onto the weekly bonus ally)

First of all i can't agree with your choice on IVs, with that build you're wasting too much stats on spd, if you're going to use her in arena you ill encounter armors most of the time and they will double you most of the time, i have a +10 Nowi with +def -hp IV and she doesn't get doubled that much unless they have Bold fighter and she has 31 spd, so i would recommend a different IV or a different refinement.
For arena also DC won't be that usefull outside rare cases, as things like mage are not that common, and Nowi doesn't need a 300SP A slot to max her score as she doesn't have a prf weapon, a Close def will be better to make sure she can tank even greens when needed.
As her C slot Panic ploy may be a good choice but keep in mind that if the enemy is an armor with a refined weapon it may not work on them, with that in mind Ploys may be good options as with max merges and SS she will reach 33 res which is enougth for most armors

I think that +Atk is far from bad, but +Def is definitely better for Arena. +Def with -Spd or -Hp is usually best in the arena right now. However, I wouldn't say +Spd is necessarily bad, but I do agree that it has greatly diminished value in an Arena full of Bold Fighter. Now, if you replaced Guard with Null Follow-Up, that might work out better.
