Nowi IV's

Which IV's are better? +Spd or +Def? Both are -Res.
I already have a fully build Nowi (My +Def) with Lightning Breath+, Reposition, Moonbow, Fury 3, Vantage and Panic Ploy.

Don't really think either one is strictly "better" than the other, just depends on preference and how you're building her.

Both have their advocates but I'd like to point -HP would probably be better bane than Res so she'd not crumble too easily against mages and other dragons.
