Nowi hates me. +res -atk and +def -spd

So I got a +def -spd Nowi the first day the banner came out since I was saving up, and then I just got a +res -atk Nowi a few minutes ago. I'm definitely foddering one of them off so the other one can be a bladetome spammer. Who should I keep and who should I fodder?

If I am forced to choose between the two, I'd go with +res. Her atk deficit can be mitigated by a blade tome's effect of adding atk bonuses for each visible buff, and with Hone/Fortify Fliers, that's a lot of atk. Her def isn't that great anyways even with a def boon.
