Nowi, Effie, Lilina or Jeorge from 4 to 5 stars?

I'm close to reach 20k feathers but idk which unit evolve to 5 stars. I read all are very very strong units

I would highly recommend effie, but it really depends on who's on your main team. also post all these heroes IV's because that can make or break a character !:)

I'm sorry, if I understand correctly, you say they all have either low or medium stats without any high ones? As far as I know, that's impossible.

As far as I can tell, Effie is -DEF +ATK, Lilina I think is -HP +RES, the Nowi on the left is -ATK +DEF and the one on the right is -RES +DEF.

I'd recommend either Lilina or the second Nowi.
