Nowi builds

During my blue orb sniping for Lute i ended up summoning two Nowis: a +Atk - Res one and a + Res - HP one. I was thinking of bringing the + Atk - Res up but i don't know how to build her. As for the other i'm unsure whether to merge her with the other or using SI to give away something she has like Ligthning Breath (Got a 5* + Spd - HP Ninian and a + Atk - Def Fae) but i can't actually decide. A little help would be appreciated

I would say +atk/-res is the better one, TA build would be great on her (and cheap).
Nowi is very interesting unit, she is as good as you want/make her to be.
With premium skill inheritance she reaches the highest tier with the likes of BLyn and Ayra.
Optimal Steady Breath builds need -spd, since she needs all defensive stats to counter ranged units like optimal Blyn and optimal Rein. And she needs to get doubled to proc Ignis.
Fury builds prefer +spd i think.
TA builds are more versatile.
You could also try some fun double Close def shenanigans.
Edit: Highest tier, available at 4 star, merging is a very good option.
Edit2: She is also going to get a weapon upgrade soon, like she needed any buffs huh.
