Nowi Arena build

I'm looking to upgrade my offensive Arena team to move from switching between tier 18 and 19 to switching between 19 and 20. My current team is ATiki at 5*+10, Myrrh and Ninian, so I decided I would replace Ninian with Nowi, as she has higher BST and I already have 9 extra copies of her.
I don't however have any +def versions of her, so I decided to go for a +spd boon. My bane options for that are either -res or -def.
While I have the necessary inheritance options, my ATiki already has the LightningBreath/SteadyBreath Combo, so I figure putting the same skills on Nowi too wouldn't add much to my team. Instead I'm looking for Nowi to fill the anti-Falchion niche that Ninian currently fills, and to have a more offensive presence, since so far my team is very Enemy Phase focused.
Myrrh and ATiki are running Hone and Fortify Dragons respectively, so I can get +6 Field Buffs depending on what I need atm.
My main questions would be:
1) Def or Res bane? I'm leaning towards def bane, both because res is a superbane and because ATiki handles most physical threats with her monstrous Def already
2) Lightning Breath+ (Spd) or Dark Breath+ (Spd)
3) C-Skill: I have both Hone and Fortify Dragons fodder, but I don't know if that is really necessary, maybe a Drive or Smoke skill would be better (I'm also assuming that 34 Res is not enough to really bother using Ploys in high-level Arena)
Or are there perhaps better suggestions? I'll attach two images of possible builds I could imagine using.

And here a build with DB+

If +spd Nowi receives hone dragons, she has 40/36 offenses unmerged. That's very strong. I like the idea of death blow 4 and spd refine on weapon. Maybe keep lightning breath to deal with red mages because neither of the others want to deal with red mages. 60 atk counts for 72 vs red, so we're well into OHKO territory, and you could double slow tanks for a win (problem is that a lot of them are green armours and A.Tiki who might use BoF, which will kill your QR if you're using it). If you want to be safe, take swordbreaker.

I hadn't even considered death blow, but I don't have any excess DB 3, much less DB 4.

Some dragons are becoming stronger now so you might want to dedicate A tiki into a BoF user since she is the one running fortify dragons. I followed the standard Gamepress builds on Nowi and She's quite good. If she is not running buffs she can use panic ploy since she does have good HP. Tactic skill would be useful too., maybe res Tactic since all dragons have middling resistance so it will help all of them without major positioning restrictions. choose either res bane or Hp bane, if you're running speed boon. Nowi will still survive any non green mage with a res bane.. the downside is now you will die to ALL green mages but honestly, I tried supporting Nowi with corrin M's yato to improve her resistance and she still dies to all relevant green threats, M grima, both Ninos, henry and Naga users so going for a res bane wouldn't change much IMO.
