Now I'm confused about the PA banner...

Last Year, right around this time we had the original CYL banner. However it's now been moved to a bit later. So I thought that most of the other banners around this time last year were shifted over about one month and the PA Banner would be moved to here, in August, in the form of the Hoshidan Festival since both are Dancer focused banners, but I didnt notice any special banners going on with the HF banner on the calendar.

Does that mean there's still going to be a second PA banner around October?
