Not sure if luck or..

So, I chose Veronica as freebie, then pulled a -ATK, +SPD Celica (and +RES, -DEF F!Morgan). Honestly, I don't really want her that badly, but not gonna complain when I'm using F2P orbs only. So what should I do with Celica? Pair her up with Veronica and go for quad builds? I feel like that's the best option but I'm open to suggestions

If she's not getting an atk buff, I would keep death blow 4 in most cases. 30 base atk is it? It's not high...I guess it is high for a quad if you get one.
