What do I do with this -ATK/+RES L!Robin?

Is a Player Phase build with Fury 3 better than a Dragonskin + Quick Riposte 3 build?

I have that Robin on a flier emblem. I'm running Dragonskin and QR, and she does great as a bow/ranged counter. The adaptive damage makes up for the lower attack, and doubling almost always provides a kill. Of course, this is for PvE content that requires fliers, not arena.
