Not moving up from tier 18 to 19 this week?

I did 3 matches, and I only got a net gain of 180 lift (defense loss included). I've got 63 Aether left, and each match costs 83. I need to be at 8200 lift in 6 days for tier 19, and I'm at 7380. Am I on pace for not getting into tier 19?

Seems to me like I'm not gonna make it. Pretty crazy how Mythic heroes have become essential for me to progress in AR, huh?

I'm going to leave you to calculate the aether out yourself if you want to know with certainty, but intuitively I don't like your potential unless you start getting, say, 140 lift per battle (double Eir + two light-blessed units).

You might also find this helpful. I've found some errors in the calculations, but for a general sense of how hard it is to move up, it will do the job.

It's Astra and Anima season so everyone's lift gain is capped at 100 once more... unless I'm missing something.

Right. AR now alternates between extremely difficult to progress in tiers and pretty easy. I'm sure I'll be able to make it to tier 19 on a light season. Am I simple-minded enough to be satisfied with progressing in AR due to this alternating easy and hard mode? Maybe.

Guessing defense will be key again so you wont lose precious points to "raiders" lol, but laughter aside, if you can get 2 wins a day without any casualties and minimize points (20-40 maxed) lossed then you should make it say......... exactly 6 days.

Hmmmmmm im not high up there yet, im only at teir 15. Well if IS could give us a aether regen from defense wins it would be fine..... but with that much spent to attack...... no you wont sadly
