Managed to pull a +Spd/-HP Karla. She's pretty much the prime example of a Speed Demon.

Though, she does face competition with Ayra and Mia as fast and powerful sword units.

I am having some Ayra deja vu after seeing this.

And here I spent all my orbs in the legendary banner only to have my 13% pity rate broken by a -atk +spd W! Chrom on the last day...

I'd say she's on the same level as they are, when you factor in her stats and her base kit. I wish she was that good in FE7, it make getting her worth it.

Not completely sure yet, but she seems slightly better the Mia but slightly worse then Ayra, still, to me. Ayra's built in Flashing Blade just allows her to deal with so many things when combined with her insane special. It free's up her A slot to use Distant Counter or to just boost her stats beyong Karla's. Her defenses are also way better then Karla's, making her better on Enemy phase.

7 added damage is kind of nuts, though.
