Noontime and Sol cooldown

Do you guys think that noontime and Sol would be viable if their cooldowns were 2 and 3, repectively? Kinda feels like the entire point is to have sustainability during a fight, and right now both seem to trigger too late to make a difference at all. All the other specials seem to have their 30% variants at 2 and 50% at 3, so shouldnt the healing specials have the same treatment?

I think what they need is to heal off overkill damage. That would give them more consistency. Lowering CDs would also potentially push them to be more meta. They could also try and make other "combo" healing specials, like a Bonfire + Sol instead of Luna + Sol. That would be so deadly on tanks.
Also attack based "dragon" specials follow the 30% at 3 and 50% at 4 formula as well.

IS is saving this for the next big powercreep skill which will heal 100% of the dmg dealt with a 3 turn cooldown. You heard it here first folks.

On a serious note tho, I highly doubt that we will ever see changes to already existing skills, because even tho what I said above is a joke, I believe that they'll introduce more powerful version of these skills later, therefore making these old ones completely obsolete.
