Nonoptimal IV build for Ayra, Sigurd and B!Ike help
Can you guys suggest any build that can make the most of these units? It feels bad benching them just cuz my luck with IVs are pretty terrible.
+Res -Spd Ayra
+HP -Atk B!Ike
+Res -Def Sigurd
Thanks in advance!

People say -Spd is crippling for Ayra but really? Speed can be patched up with the speed seal and the res won’t hurt her too bad. Dunno what kind of build you want to run but with that extra res I’d make her my gronraven tri adept counter because why not? Sigurd is good, and bike I don’t know. If he doesn’t work out for you he is steady breath fodder.

Give Ayra the Spd +3 seal and she'll be just like a neutral Spd! And she'll still get +4 Spd every time she initiates combat thanks to Swift Sparrow. Mine is -Atk +Spd, so I don't miss the Atk much with how often she fires off Regnal Astra. LnD would ruin her bulk unless you get her into Desperation range before engaging in combat.
Sigurd comes with Close Def, so that really makes up for it, but you can also give him Def +3 or Distant Def +3 Seal. His skills will make him pretty impervious to magic and very resistant to arrows, but he's better off baiting for melee range.
You Bike will still be a powerhouse. Just let him bait and kill on the counter attack with an Aether hit. And just like the ones above, you can use the Atk +3 seal to get him to that neutral footing for his Atk IV.
Overall, these units have pretty perfect base kits, they only need some support from seals or other units with a Drive/Rally skill etc. Performing Azura would also make a wonderful ally to any of these units as she buffs a unit +3 to all stats after dancing/singing them. Sub optimal IVs don't really break a unit especially not for the main game stuff for Tempest, etc. You only have to worry if you're crazy whaling for +10 5* merges.
