Non-Seasonal Healers

Why don't they come with their 5* weapon already learned? I just realised this with H!Mia coming with Witchy Wand+ then Loki who hasn't even learned Assault. Anyone know why? Other than to make it even more annoying to level up healers.

I'd blame it on inconsistency but I'm pretty sure there's another reason.

Leveling up healers is and forever will be a pain. Especally the ones that you designed to support.
I don't think IS even remembers they heal

They get so little SP for healing too. The worst phase is before they get Assault.

Even then they need their 4* weapon, 5* weapon and a Wrathful refine to really start reliably killing enemies without massive support.

At least it's double SP Friday and I've brought Maribelle along for Staff Valor so Loki now has Thokk at level 15, she can now one round kill which will speed things up for the rest of her high SP skills.

I guess they tried to fix it with staff valor on Maribelle. Not that it helps that she is 5 star only
