Non-prf weapon idea

I think it would be pretty cool, but pretty broken, maaaaaybe single type boost, and maybe a line of 1 for each stat?

That would be insanely powerful. Now you can put hone AND fortify fliers on a dancer? That's so easy to buff a flier blade tome with +24.

Or just being able to buff an infantry unit like that is already so powerful. If you put this with fortify def and fortify res on some dancer and paired with any of the numerous fast infantry mages in the game?
