Oh, this isn’t actual calculation, right? Also, that Garon looks too good; you gotta un-minmax his stats to make him suck like most of the other GHB units

No calculations besides making sure the stats match up with the BST.

I did factor in a few things like skillset, fathers, general impressions ect. For example Flora comes with QR and a sure second attack on DC units, which means she might be lacking in speed.

There's a reason why I gave Garon no higher that 35 atk and mid 20-ies res. Most of his min max is in his Hp.

No; I mean un-minmax him even FURTHER. Give him slightly more speed (like 28) but take away more Def and Res. And give his Prf weapon a garbage and uncreative Bond effect to further assert his “Garbage Obligatory Free Unit” status

I hope you're wrong on Silas, I want him to be as minmaxed as possible.Take 5 of those points in Res and just either move them all to speed, or ditch speed entirely and move them all to attack and defense. EDIT: I'm pretty sure they already said Flora had Res of around 35 right?

My guess on Silas is a bit of tempering my expectations.
He might very well turn out like Seth (who has a damn 22 res with lower bst) I do think that if he's more min maxed, higher speed is more likely higher than atk.

Could very well be. Her atk and spd might be a bit lower. I don't think def will be any more min maxed than that though.

I hope Ophelia has less defense than it says here. She could not take a hit in my Fates run, but boy could she double and kill everyone

Flora deals an extra 22 points Damage with Iceberg, so that would be a res of about 44 (likely after boosts such as Atk/Res Solo 3), so around 38 Base. And that +20 defense means I would find it great if she's our first single digit Defense unit (but she'll likely have 13 Defense like Delthea, but maybe it'll be a superbane for a whopping 9!).

I see your predictions for Ophelia are very similar to my own. I'd actually love it if those were her stats, an offensive mage whose bulk is primarily physical instead of magical is a pretty untapped niche right now.
