No units, just weapons.

Go through the weapons in the franchise that havent been released and try to figure out how they would translate into FEH.

I'd imagine Wishblade would be DC+wraths special charging without the bonus damage, and I say that because just flat out slaying+dc would be too much since it means instant bonfires on counter attack when ran with a breath skill.

Glass Sword/Axe/Lance; inheritable and refinable. 12 Mt. Grants Atk +7 for the first three turns. I figured they were really strong, but had super low durability, so this was about all I could think of.

I think having 2 Mt with a special effect granting +24 atk on the units first attack during the match would be better, simply by virtue of the fact that since game matches are so long, one nuke-level hit is already enough to serve a purpose.

Or alternatively if you were dead set on 12 mt, then +8 attack for the first three turns, then -8 atk after that.

I figured 12 Mt mostly so the unit wouldn't be useless after the first bit of combat, but I suppose a fair number of units would have decently high attack anyways, so they wouldn't be completely gimped. Either one of those would work, I suppose.

I'm just copy pasting this from a previous post of mine but:

Aureola
14mt +3 res
Effective damage agaist dragonstone units.
If target uses dragonstone, unit can counterattack at any range and enemy damage calculated using the higher of Def or Res.

Aureola is a anti-dragon light magic weapon that boosts the users res.
So I thought, why not go all the way and make it the anti-dragon specialist weapon.

And since we have the idea of Saber's situational DC, why not do the same with CC?

I'd be totally ok with this effect being on a Naga refinement as well.

And to add a set of normal type weapons:
Superior Edge/Lance/Axe

Basicly refinable weapons with breaker skills in em to the same weapon type (edge has swordbreaker for example)

For the Rapier, making it inheritable with rapier and rapier +, but exclusive to sword infantry and rapier+ having 10 might but being super effective against armor and cavalier units.
I think its called demon sword or devil sword? It would be inheritable and have 20 might but deals 10 damage to the user after combat. Basically a nuking weapon.
Vague Katti: special cooldown reduction -1, 16 might, and also speed +5. Not super overpowered and meant to be like a speed variation to adhulma
Longbow and longbow+, 2-3 range, 7 might, and -5 speed.
Nosferatu: red tome, 8 might, heals for damage dealt to enemy ÷2

Spear and tomahawk: 10 might, inheritable, distant counter built in, and -3 speed.
