Any buffs that Nino receives will be added to damage so example.
You have Hone Atk 3 to give her +4 Atk. Then she'll deal 4 additional damage + 4 more from bladetome effect to make that 8 additional damage total. Do note that only visible buffs have effect. So not the ones buff during combat.
