Nino Rant (not Feh related)

I know this isn't Feh related but I just need to vent about it.
So I'm playing Hector Hard Mode in my spare time and I finally got past Battle Before Dawn. Only thing is I lost Pent in the process :'( So now I'm kinda obliged to use Nino for a good mage since I didn't train Erk. I mean I was going to train her anyway cause I love her, but we're at Cog of Destiny and she's now at level 14 and she only has 9 magic. Shes only leveled attack like two times out of, what, 8 total levels so far? In fact, she's been getting some pretty crap levels in general. Hell, two level ups in a row from her was +1 hp and that was it. Which is odd, she usually always turns out God like for me but she hasn't been doing so good so far. At this point, she should be able to take on enemies mostly single handedly, but not this time. Nino, I expect better from someone who always does her best.

Maybe this is karma for never using her in Heroes 🤔

No, I lost Pent. That swarm of enemies that attack Jaffar are Hellish and he couldn't dodge everything. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to have him carry a heavy Elfire...

Did you train Canas? When he promotes, he can use Anima magic and staves. Plus he's the only Shaman in the entire game, making him the only potential wielder of dark magic in the entire game, aside from Athos.

Yeah I used Canas. He's my boy. But he actually can't use anima :/

Druids must have gained that ability in FE8, then. That game handled classes weirdly.

Nino sucks use Canas

K listen, I think saying that she sucks is a bit much. She can be good, you just need to put investment in her. And I have been using Canas, but he can't use Anima so that's not a very good argument to not use Nino :/

ok Nino comes at a really low level and Canas comes really near promotion and guiding ring and yes he cant use anima magic but do you really need anima magic to beat the game?

I bench bad units/need investment they are slow paced and I dont like to be there making sure I kill units with them just to see them grow when I clearly have better units right out of the bat to use
