Nino IVs

I want to try investing on my first +10 character and Nino seems budget friendly. I found out that I have both a +spd and a +atk with both having -hp. I don’t know which is better in the long run. Also I’ve been seeing debates over which are the best banes for her. Is -hp good enough?
