The Next Legendary hero (Logical Analysis)

So, with FEH's next hero being blue (and the gender being open) let's look at the options (that make sense)

Now, here are the rules.
1.No heroes that need to have a cannon marriage choice to officialize their charcter type (no dragon roy)
2.No heroes with weapons that they can't use in their main class or reclass. (No Seliph with tomes, etc)
3. They must be at their peak or near their peak and if it doesn't conflict, they must have their legendary weapon.

First off, we have a few options regarding our unit. We have Celica (Pontetially with a light magic tome or a blue dagger), Eliwood with a lance, Micaiah with her tome, Robin with a tome (Male Robin) and Corrin with a Dragonstone or tome)First off, we have a few options regarding our unit.

Okay, my top units are going to be Robin or Corrin and I'll explain why.

First and foremost, Celica and Micaiah just got their alts less than 2 months ago. it took 4 months for IS to make Hector a Legendary hero and I'm basing it after that.
Eliwood is unlikely as well. We have had no Blazing Blade banner, and furthermore, Eliwood's most used weapon is Durandal. To me itwould make no sense to hand Lyn a legendary weapon (she cant use in FE7) and Hector Armads and not give him Durandal. Espeically since he's known to use it.
And so I come down to Robin and Corrin. The former with a tome, and the later with a tome or dragonstone. And so I'm hedging my bets on Corrin. Robin could have a Levin tome as I call it, but I feel that it's unlikely due to having gotten L!Lucina earlier. Therefore Corrin makes sense. And since this was a Conquest banner, it feels like a Tome or Dragonstone due to Nohrian Lord using said weapons (that could match the blue color at least)

Caeda(Not a protagonist)
Alm(Probably not because of lack of SoV banner)
Seliph(He can't use tomes and has no affinity for them in Genealogy so no)
Julia/Deirdre(Not Protagonists, that's Seliph)
Altena(this month was Genealogy banner, and since she's mostly from Thracia, no)
Leif(if it aint the Bragi Sword then he aint coming, that's a given)
Roy(He's not a cannonical dragonboy so no Dragonstone Roy. Unless IS were to remake FE6 and make him Ninian's kid by default in which case be my guess. Otherwise he's coming with somer Super Binding Blade)
Eirika (she's getting Flashing/Lightning Siegelinde, same as Eph with his Flaming Siegemund)
Kris(he/she may be the lead avatar of FE12, but he/she uses swords in every bit of art and theyre not even ingame right now.)
Chrom(If Lucina can't use Falchion he's getting it, that's my synopsis, plus Lucina was just out)
Xander(though I he needs one, he's getting an Armored version with Siegfried. If you want more explanation on this one just ask)
Azura(though she is important, I'm unsure IS wants to add a Legendary Dancer to the game. Even more so when it'd be the ultimate support unit. Other than my personal lack of belief for this, she's a possibility as well)
