Which of the 4 Stars should I 5 Star?
I know I am making a Tailtiu and Cecilia build, don't know about the rest. Leave suggestions, because I like to hear your feedback. It has influenced me a lot. It also helps my friend who is still new to the game because he got it not long ago, but still manages to summon a 5* Julia right in front of my eyes. I am still a little salty to this day.

Depends on the IVs you have, but Tiki and Nowi are very safe 5*

Xander is also great thanks to his 5* weapon

based on your list, Camus and Xander should be top priority. you can always pull a Nowi sooner or later, but she would be a high priority as well. Adult Tiki is a great option, too.

Don't do Clive, as he may be available as a free 5* at a future tempest repeat.

I'd vote Michalis. With his upgraded Hautclere and a build focused on Defense, he can be a wicked tank, with an absolutely devastating Ignis.
