The next big thing in FEH?

During this game's lifetime, we have been seeing some ups and downs, where those ups were always caused by new additions. We got skill inheritance, various different game modes and weapon refinement.

Even though I spend 30 minutes at most per day on this game, I can still feel that it is getting stale with no new and exciting things to get towards. I can somehow even notice it here and on reddit as well, where the player activity has kind of declined, because there are no interesting things to talk about (gacha pulls and unit builds don't really count).

What do you think about the current state of the game? Is it getting slightly stale or is it just my illusion?

I feel like this game has always been "stale" for people who don't like grinds, but I agree. I just wait for TTs aaaand arena once a week +some afk grinds

I guess so. It's just that the game has kind of just settled in its predictable schedule with nothing new and exciting to look forward to. I hope that the devs don't consider the recently added cosmetics as a "new big feature".

I think they are mostly focusing on improving what’s already there for the time being, and helping outmoded units thru refines to try and keep things balanced. IS does an exceptional job at powercreep at the right pace without unbalancing the game.

They’ve shortened tempest, and they’re changing arena to be friendlier. I imagine we will see changes to arena Assault next, much like how Arena changed.

In the last six months we’ve gotten rival domains, blessed gardens, ghb revival circuits, major arena changes, more story maps, and regular new GHBs.

We are getting content at a good pace. Maybe some of us should slow down and pace ourselves in the game, so we don’t get bored as quickly. Maybe find something else to play; Emulate old FE games on our PCs.

Yes currently what makes me play is pulling a new unit. I mean it is great I'm able to try every couple of days for free (being F2P) but the days where I can't are really bland. Currently open it for the new tap battles but once that is over there is nothing. Not even daily's are interesting. And they could've at least changed the monthly quests to make them a little more interesting or rewarding.
