Next +10 project: Nowi or Sheena?

So far, I have +10 Fae, A!Tiki and Effie. So it can go either way, dragon or armor.

Best IVs for Nowi and Sheena are actually the same: +Def -Spd.

Currently I can +9 Sheena (VF/Aether) or +6 Nowi (WB/Aether).

Who would you pick?

If you want to +10 Sheena, I suggest you do +spd -hp IVs for the superboon in speed. It boosts her BST from 169 to 170 therefore scoring higher in the arena. As much as units like amelia, christmas chrom, valentine hector, etc.

You have Fae and Tiki +10 so Nowi seems like superior option, to score higher in arena

Try to merge a high BST red unit, as Tiki is the weak spot in your Arena scoring right now.

I'd say go for the Nowi to complete dragon emblem. But if your Effie is filling that role pretty well already with DC, Berkut's Lance, Vengeful Fighter, and Aether, then Nowi's kinda unnecessary. If that's the case, you can kick the Nowi down the road and go for the Sheena.
