Those IV's are pretty bad tbh. If you really want her to work, you'll need some slaying edge fodder, and even then, I'm not sure that's worth it, because Elincia and Caeda are so much better,

With +hp and a refined weapon she would have 48 HP which is decent enough to run a skill like Fire Boost to help fix her bane. Panic Ploy is also a great option with that amount of HP. However I think her Spd/Def Bond is pretty decent too, so you can run that as well. You could try using Wo Dao instead of Kadomatsu to help her attack bane by getting +10 free damage whenever her special procs. Fury is another great option. My build choice would be either +spd Wo Dao with Spd/Def Bond and Quick Riposte(or Desperation, up to you) and Moonbow(synergy with Quick Riposte since it ensures she will proc Moonbow) or +spd Wo Dao with Fury and Swordbreaker(also Moonbow as your special). She can also run a cheaper build with +Def Kadomatsu and Ignis.
