New weapon upgrades

I guess Soren will get legendary DireWind+ (12 might, -3spd, brave effect)
Eirika maybe something like Cymbeline.
Leo will most likely be dissapointing with a Gravity Staff+ upgrade and maybe +2 might or so.

In case they want Eirika to go the supportive way(instead of the offensive way like they did with Ephraim) I think an Attack Tactic-like effect would be quite cool. Maybe not Atk Tactic 3, but Atk Tactic 2 would be good enough.

I really hope they don’t give Soren a Brave tome. I don’t really know about his skills in his game but I know he had the skill Adept which allowed him to do something similar. But seriously, as much as I’d like it because I have a +atk -hp Soren waiting for his new weapon, I don’t want a Reinhardt 2.0. No thanks. I’d like a Wind/Watersweep effect, but allowing him to double, kinda like Jaffar’s Deathly Dagger refine does against mages.

As for Leo, I’m guessing they will change his weapon effect completely, like they did with Takumi. If you want Gravity, go find the healer that suits you the best. It’s a cool effect, but not very useful in this meta. Making Brynhildr a legendary Owl tome would be quite cool imo.

I have a theory. 3 different ways they can handle each upgrade (besides Soren, sounds like his is pretty well etched in stone).

For Eirika:

Theory 1: fully focused on buffing, they could give her a hone spectrum with atk/spd/def/res +3 or +4, and then give her an ability that will also buff herself when she gives those buffs to another unit.

Theory 2: She gets a Hone atk/spd 3 built in, and then has the ability to go Brave at a certain HP threshold.

Theory 3: Most unlikely, but they give her hone spectrum and also give her the ability to go Brave at any time. Her attack sucks without a boon, so she could use it.

For Leo:

Theory 1: Gravity+ affect with a dazzling feature built in.

Theory 2: Gravity+ affect with Loki’s staff ability built into his tome without an HP requirement.

Theory 3: Gravity+ with either a Raven or Blade effect built in. Although I sacrificed a Tharja for him, I would love this ability because of the extra might.

Leo may need a combination of theories 2 and 3 to really have his viability be worthwhile.

For Eirika, I think she's going to have Hone Atk 3 + Effective against 'X', to compensate her low Atk.

For Leo, he's going to have Gravity Ploy with a Deflect Magic effect, kinda like Sigurd's Divine Tyrfing.

For Soren, I will go with the Adept skill, since most refinements are a reference to weapons and skills from their games.
