New Weapon for Tiki

I have a 4*+10 adult Tiki. I merged her with a 5* Version of her so she could get LightningBreath+. Will she also be able to lern the new Weapon because of the merge or not?

I don't think so. 5* Tiki can only learn the new weapon after the update. Since you merged before the weapon existed, I don't think your 4* merge will be able to get it unless you get a 5* version of her and merge her again.
