A team for what? Arena, AA, AR O/D, Abyssals, TT? We can't help you if you don't specify what kind of content you want this team to tackle.

Aside from the above, Ophelia with Blazing Light, Special Spiral and 2 external sources of turn 1 cooldown reduction (Quickened Pulse, Infantry Pulse, mage allies) with a dancer will destroy most things.Loki with Dazzling Staff can soften up things than can resist her and Tiki's a good multi-ranged tank but with movement issues. Lacking further detail of what you envisaged, it looks pretty decent.
