New take on Alm

Falchion refine will automatically let him double so if he uses windsweep with it's seal he'll double attack for free. Is he actually good now???

Hopefully. I have a +Atk Alm sitting there doing nothing. I might have another sword user ready soon (Although I think I have enough red sword users at this point...)

Sadly my Alm is -atk +spd but it'll help with windsweep but definitely wish it wasn't -atk
