New inheritable skills viable? Yay or Nay?(Bridal Bloom Edition)

So I'm gonna gloss over Chill Atk since it's the least new-ish of these skills(the cycle is kind of complete, we just need chill atk and chill res available in the normal pool.) Overall, pretty happy to see this.

Fresh Bouquet is actually pretty cute if you really like Shigure as now he can buff all four stats for a blade tome mage without a sacred seal using this Fresh new bouquet. Otherwise, meh.

Def/Res Link is certainly interesting for a B-Slot skill, especially for BULKY units(may or may not be of the Blade tome weilding variety). But I like that it encourages not using rallies to get the most of this skill. I like it a lot.

Unfortunately, my happiness towards the link skill is ruined by this stupid Spd Feint skill. I prefer to use slow tanky units so it doesn't really bother me too much, it'll be a problem if we get other Feint skills. but in T20 Arena rallies are EVERYWHERE it's agonizing! And now there's(possibly) a legitimate reason to continue the slugfest that is the Arena Rally Dance. Overall, I understand why a skill like this could have possibly been made, but I don't have to like it.
