New idea - Character Restricted Seals

We all know refines are the way of boosting up specific characters, but this is an idea to have seals that fit a certain type of units.
Why seals?
Easy to use, and restricts it to one per team. So I thought they would fit pretty well for this idea.

Here are some examples:

Assassin's Strike
If unit initiates combat, after combat effects like poison strike or debuffs will take effect before combat.

Restricted to assassin/ninja like characters:
Jaffar, Legault, Kaze, Saize, Kagero

Green Fortitude:
If an ally has the skill Red Mettle, grands +3 spd/res during combat. Grants an additional +2 spd/res during combat if the ally with Red Mettle is within 2 spaces.

Restricted to units that are the green part of the red and green duo: Abel, Boey, Roderick, Oscar, Stahl, Kaze

Red Mettle:
If an ally has the skill Green Fortitude, grands +3 atk/def during combat. Grants an additional +2 atk/def during combat if the ally with Green Fortitude is within 2 spaces.

Restricted to units that are the red part of the red and green duo: Cain, Mae, Lukas, Luke, Sully, Saizo

Veteran's Crest:
Grants +5 atk/spd during combat for turn 1, 2 and 3.
Gives +3 def/res during combat for allies within two spaces on turn 4 and beyond

Triangle Attack:
Unit gains Special cooldown charge +1 attack if within two spaces of a flying ally
(If using other similar skill, only highest value applied.)
Additionally, grants +10 damage when special activates if within 2 spaces of 2 flying allies.

Restricted to fliers that could use triangle attack in their home game (sorry wendy): Palla, Catria, Est, Shanna, Florina, Tana, Elincia.

That last one might be a little strong on a unit like Elinica though.
