New Heroes searching for Braves

In my journey for get Brave Heroes and Eirika
after some summons the following appears:
4* Abel +HP -Def
5* Soren +Atk - Spd
4* Rebeca +Atk -Spd
5* Eliwood +Hp -Res
5* Seth +Atk -HP
4* Nowi Neutral
4* Cordelia +Spd - Atk
4* Cecilia +Atk -spd
4* Gordin +Atk -Spd

Which of the 4* Worth it to invest to 5*, and overall is there some units that worth it to invest on a decent build

Any suggestion or idea for use some of these unit??

Gordin is definitely worth it. He's highly underrated, but he is one of the tankiest physical archers. He already has terrible speed and high attack so keep him. And you should let him keep his brave bow because this will allow him to make up for his inadequate speed and further utilize his attack.
His A slot is very flexible it just depends on of you want him to capitalize on his offense or defense. His B Slot could be QR or Cancel Affinity, you can either have him become immune to raventomes or patch up his inability to counter (of you don't like brave weapons). His C Slot could be savage blow (overkill) or Threaten Def/Atk

I'd say keep Nowi, but you would be better off waiting till you get one with +Spd and -Res and Rebecca suffers from the Res bane because that is what keeps her alive (denying doubles)
