New to flier emblem

Been playing for quite awhile but have avoided making a winged team. After pulling flying ninian and bow hinoka its probably time but suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I have:
Ninian neutral
Hinoka +spd/-res
4*cherche+10 +att/-res
4*beruka+9 +att/-spd (haven't decided if I want +def instead)
Tons of 4* Caedas, Cordelias, Pallas, Catrias etc. Haven't decided if I want to promote or merge. I do have an extra brave lance+.

Caeda, Palla and Catria are units that are good in 4* but cordelia is a unit that no matter what should be 5* cause she's too good to only be a 4* (the other three can be 5* but they are not as good as cordelia that's why having them as 4* is acceptable though IMO Caeda should be 5* also but meh.).

With the current team it's good so far but I recommend to have 1 unit of every color so beruka or cherche should be out. Beruka can act as the tank of the group while Cherche will be the powerhouse of the group, choose which flier suits the current team.

Caeda and Cordelia are very good, but your strongest units don't have a red unit, so Caeda is a better choice.

About Beruka: +Def is better than ATK, even with Slaying Axe+(Def) she don't have much ATK, so its better to go with DEF to nuliffy all physical damage and destroy everything with Ignis. And I prefer -Res than -Spd, mages are fast, so Beruka will be be outspeed in anyway, with neutral Spd she could double a few more heroes instead of reliyng on QR/Breakers all the time.
