New build for Niles?

Been meaning to rebuild my Niles but I always forgot since I rarely use him (because this build doesn’t suit him). He was one of my first ever 5* that I summoned and I didn’t know anything about how to play the game.

Was Niles ever summonable as 5 star? I believe you can only get him there through promotions. Anyway, with Niles you can pretty much just abuse his high res to make him good at fighting mages (you can build him almost like felicia, who servers the same role among dagger users).
