New Brave Weapon Build Concept (Non quad)

Brave Weapon
Death Blow
Wrath
Reciprocal Aid/Ardent Sacrifice
Moonbow

Alright so the new addition of wrath is a huge game changer and opens a lot of doors to new builds I think. This idea isn't entirely original, in fact it's been run many many times already: most notably on Reinhardt.

Simply put, it's really good on units who have really good attack, but don't have the speed necessary to quad strike. Because of this, the standard set involves death blow + brave weapon to maximize damage upon initiation. Quickened pulse and moonbow allows them to activate their special immediately upon initiation. The problem before was that this could only be done once and would expend the use of quickened pulse. Now however, since desperation is useless on slow units, the B skill slot is freed up, notably for say, wrath. Thus you reciprocal aid/ardent sacrifice into wrath range, and immediately you have the same benefit as quickened pulse moonbow, but it's refreshed every player phase AND has the bonus 10 damage from wrath upon moonbow's activation, making it even better than it's previous counterpart.

But this is just theory for now I have yet to try it. But eh? Whadya guys think?

That’s a really interesting idea! Chrom sounds like a great candiate to me. Even Alphonse. Might give it a try if I get another Nephenee.
